Sandy Hogan is the president of Hogan and Company, an executive coaching company headquartered in Tucson, Arizona. Through integral coaching, teaching, writing and speaking she is dedicated to “evoking of others the highest in themselves.”
She infuses compassion and creativity into her coaching style and philosophy, working with clients’ particular leadership issues, backgrounds, disciplines, careers, goals, and views of Life. Her clients are corporate executives, management professionals, non-profit and community leaders, and people who find themselves in the midst of major transitions.
Many clients sense that they are being asked by something greater than themselves to make significant shifts, to come closer to answering, “What does the world want of me?” Within a coaching partnership based upon a clearly-defined, written, purpose and outcome statements, mutual respect, mutual trust and mutual freedom of expression, she helps her clients achieve deep self-awareness, sustainable change and long-term excellent results.

She has written the soon-to-be-published book about transforming life’s challenges entitled, Changing Horses in Midstream Without Drowning.
